Terapic.net is an online platform where practitioners of all sorts of natural, alternative therapies, practices or medicines with or without licences, massage therapist, spiritual workers or healers can be listed in a form of a directory.
On Terapic.net legal business owners or administrators of a business can create a profile and operate it autonomously.
A registration on Terapic.net is required.
2. Applicability
These General Terms and Conditions rule the contractual relationship between the user/business owner and terapic.net.
3. Legal status of Terapic.net
On the online platform Terapic.net, legal business owners or administrators of a business can create a profile and operate it autonomously.
Terapic.net is not the provider of the respective locations or services presented on the platform. Terapic.net checks each entry before activating it. Businesses may also be rejected or processed by Terapic.net without further justification or consent.
4. Registration for business owner
Searching for practitioners is possible without registration and free or charge.
The registration of a business on Terapic.net is free of charge. Registered users can edit the information of their business at any time. The information to be entered during registration must be complete and correct. Every registered business owner is obliged to keep its details (e.g. name, address, e-mail address, phone, pricing, services) up to date.
When registering, the business owner has to chooses a username and password. After successful registration, only e-mail address and password are required when registering again. A user account can not be transferred to another business owner or administrator. Every registered user is responsible for the confidentiality of his access data. Terapic.net is not taking liability for any damages in the event of such misuse. If there are signs of misuse of a user account, the account can be reported. Terapic.net may temporarily or definitively block user accounts at any time.
5. Blocking and termination
If there are concrete indications that a user has violated legal regulations, third-party rights or the terms and conditions of Terapic.net, the following measures may be taken:
– Deleting of offers and other contents
– Warnings
– Temporary suspension of the account
– Final suspension of the account
6. Intellectual Property
Terapic.net retains all copyright and other rights to the website as well as to the published content, information, images, videos and databases. Any modification, duplication, publication, transfer to third parties and/or other exploitation of the protected property without the prior written consent of Terapic.net is not permitted.
7. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, Terapic.net excludes any liability for all damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the website Terapic.net and the features offered. Users are fully responsible for the content of the data they transmit to Terapic.net, such as information, photos, videos and locations. Terapic.net is not obliged to examine the information published on the online platform and assumes no responsibility for it.
In particular, terapic.net shall not be liable for damages caused by users or third parties as a result of the behaviour of other users or third parties in connection with the use or misuse of the functions offered on therapic.net.

8. Data protection
The data stored by you users on this website (activities, submissions of forms, etc.) are used by the website operator and the participating implementation partners exclusively to provide the services offered on the website and to optimise the use and orientation of the website. Personal information that you provide to users in the course of interacting with the services offered on this website will never be disclosed to third parties. The deletion of the profile or individual locations is possible at any time by the creator as well as by the web site operators and all stored data will also be deleted.
9. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
In the event of a dispute, material Swiss law is applicable.
The place of jurisdiction for disputes in connection with these GtC is Fribourg, Switzerland.
10. Severability clause
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become ineffective, the legal validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions are expressly reserved at any time. The general terms and conditions apply at the time of inclusion.
